Q. DoesTthe BPSA make money?
A. BPSA does not exist to make money, but to improve things for sufferers. All BPSA activities are run on an unpaid basis. The advertising in this website gives a small balance of funds to help ensure the website (low cost web hosting) continues. Meetings are occasionally held, if possible, without charge. With more money, we could do much more. Please help us get more money(!)

Q. Why is The BPSA here?
A. The BPSA started from internet contact and a small group of people who were in discomfort or pain from prostatitis, found treatment was ineffective, knowledge inadequate, and wanted things to improve. The forum (Yahoogroup) was successful, although people could not locate us! The introduction of this website changed this. We can now be discovered via web search facilities.
